As a fan of Traffic Exchanges since I first used them and got some good results from them, I have built a good downline in many exchanges and one big advantage of this is the fact that downlines equal Traffic and sometimes lots of it.

Now you could spend all your time promoting one exchange inside another but that would take ages and use up all your time and credits.

There is however another way and that is by using a downline builder. Downline builders have evolved a lot over the years and many if not most of the original ones are no longer opperating. Most now are built into a program instead of stand alone downline builders.
